DEMO SOFTWARE SINGLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENTThis is a user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT")between you (either individual or single entity) andthe Author of In Vivo King's Knight, Maximilian Mouritz, Hamburg/Germany, (Independence Software), for the demo version of In vivo King's Knight (the "SOFTWARE") accompanying this AGREEMENT.This agreement does NOT apply to the full version of the software.The SOFTWARE is the property of Maximilian Mouritz, Independence Software and is protected by german copyright law and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.By availing of any of the rights licensed to you in thisAGREEMENT, you agree to be bound by and are becoming aparty to this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to theseterms and conditions, do not avail of the rights licensedto you in this AGREEMENT.If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT,you have certain nonexclusive rights and obligations asfollows:YOU MAY do any of the following:1.
